See below. CANCELLATION POLICY-Cancellations must be in writing or by email. In case of cancellations more than 30 days prior to check-in, we will refund the sums paid, less a $100 cancellation fee. If your notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will forfeit your full rental fee. Stays of more than 7 nights require a 60 day cancellation in advance. For your peace of mind, you may want to get trip insurance which will reimburse you in the event you can't make your trip due to a covered event. Our favorite website for trip insurance is www.insuremytrip.com. It is very affordable. CHECK IN 4:00 P. M. CHECK OUT 10:30 A. M. NON SMOKING- All cottages are strictly non-smoking. $75 damage fee. |
