Firewood provided for woodburning fireplaces per guest request for a fee.
PAYMENT-A $60 deposit per night is required upon making your reservation. Advanced payment in full is required 30 days from arrival date and is billed automatically to your credit card. If payment is not made with credit card, we do require a credit card to be on file for security deposit. Often, several guests are looking to book the same dates, therefore, we cannot hold dates until we receive the appropriate payment. Receipt of your valid credit card information holds your reservation & confirms your agreement to our CANCELLATION POLICY until a formal agreement is signed within 2 days, which we will email to you within 24 hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY-Cancellations must be in writing or by email. In case of cancellations more than 30 days prior to check-in, we will refund the sums paid, less a $100 cancellation fee. If your notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will forfeit your full rental fee. Stays of more than 7 nights require a 60 day cancellation in advance. For your peace of mind, you may want to get trip insurance which will reimburse you in the event you can't make your trip due to a covered event. Our favorite website for trip insurance is www.insuremytrip.com. It is very affordable.
CLEANING FEE- Our cleaning fee is divided in two parts, $65 and $35. The first $65 is billed in advance for routine cleaning fees. You can choose to save the second $35 of the cleaning fee by 1) Removing all your trash and food from cottage and putting in can outside in bags, 2) Putting all used linens, towels and washcloths in a pile on the floor. 3) Washing and putting away all used dishes, pots and pans. Or, if you choose, you can simply leave the cottage as-is and we'll take care of everything for you for the additional $35.

NON SMOKING- All cottages are strictly non-smoking. $100 damage fee.
PETS- Pets are welcomed with fee. Guest must vacuum upon departure.
